For All The Dogs by Drake - 5.8

What could've been an excellent mixtape, unfortunately, was another mediocre Drake project (please don't write an essay about me). But what is a 2020s Drake project without a few hits hidden amongst filler? Out of the 23 tracks, the five songs I added to my playlist are IDGAF, Slime You Out (for SZA only), 8am in Charlotte, Rich Baby Daddy and Away From Home.

Live For Me by Omar Apollo - 7.3

I thought Stereo was an EP, but Apple Music lists it as an album, so I guess Live For Me is Omar's first official EP. It was cute! I liked all the songs, so I don't have anything negative to say. I didn't love Ice Slippin on my first listen, but after hearing it live, I've come around. I'm SO excited for the next album.

Kevin Abstract in his rock era? I'm here for it! If the album sounds anything like this song, it's going to be another hit.

1989 (Taylor's Version) by Taylor Swift - 7.4

So it turns out I'm not the 1989 stan that I thought I was. I'm glad Taylor is gaining the rights back to her music with the rerecordings, but they're starting to fall a little flat. However, I really liked one of the vault tracks. "Suburban Legends" is a hit!

This album was constantly on repeat almost every day of the month. The fact that I have a ticket to see her perform these songs live is insane!

Her concert was life-altering. I'm still reeling from our 30-second interaction.
